Great sound and perfect fit

I ordered the slip-on mufflers for my VZR1800 here in Lithuania and I’m very satisfied. They fit the bike perfectly, look great and give it a much deeper, more powerful sound. Exactly the upgrade I was looking for.

Yes, both are coated. However, you can also choose polished manifolds with black silencers, or vice versa.

You can easily reorder the service card here: Go to the service card

To legally ride with your MILLER exhaust system and a different air filter, you must have the exhaust system entered in your vehicle documents in combination with that air filter. Our exhaust systems are always tested with the original air filter.

No, that is not possible. We only deliver with the legal dB absorber fitted.

After the silencer has been in use for a certain time, the insulating wool can settle. We are talking about a service life of approx. 50,000 km.

Yes, MILLER Exhaust exhaust systems comply with all regulations in the EC countries and Switzerland, so you can enjoy the MILLER sound without worries (+5 dB(A) above the stationary noise level stated in the vehicle registration document; see U.1).

Yes, our coating is heat-resistant up to 1200 °C. Please note that after the exhaust system is first installed, the coating must first “burn in” at around 300 °C. After that, the coating is fully cured and durable for decades.

The products are manufactured in Germany – exclusively from stainless steel and aluminium – to ensure consistent and exceptional quality.

The road closure in the Lech Valley applies to motorcycles with a registered stationary noise level of more than 95 dB(A). You can find your stationary noise level in your vehicle registration document under item U.1.

  • If your value is higher, you may not ride on these roads.
  • If the value is exactly 95 dB(A) or lower, these roads remain open to you.

What matters is therefore the stationary noise level registered in your vehicle documents. If you have fitted an approved, EC-tested MILLER Exhaust system in proper condition, you may of course continue to ride on these roads, provided your registered stationary noise level does not exceed the 95 dB(A) limit.

An aftermarket exhaust system approved under the EC directives does not change your registered stationary noise level. So if your vehicle documents show a stationary noise level of 95 dB(A) or lower, you may fit an exhaust system approved under the EC directives and continue to ride on these roads.

If a value above 95 dB(A) is registered, you may not ride on these roads between 15 April and 31 October. Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exhaust system that reduces the stationary noise level to below 95 dB(A).

Verification is carried out in accordance with TÜV International Certification procedures for auditing, certification and verification and is monitored regularly.

1. Your exhaust system “feels” too loud
Extra-quiet dB absorbers are available for our MILLER exhaust systems. You can order them here: dB absorber Quiet

2. Your exhaust system is too loud according to an official test report

A: Was the tolerance taken into account and were the measurement guidelines followed?
You have a legal tolerance of +5 dB(A) on the registered stationary noise level. Please first check whether the legal tolerance was taken into account and whether the following conditions were met when your exhaust system was measured:

  • Microphone at a distance of 50 cm and at a 45-degree angle
  • Exactly half the rated engine speed
  • Engine fully warmed up
  • No sound-reflecting objects within a radius of 3 m around the vehicle
  • Level, tarmac surface

If these conditions are not met, the measurement result is very likely to be inaccurate. If you have doubts about the accuracy of the measurement, you can have it verified by a second testing station.

B: If all conditions were met and the measurement appears to be correct, please proceed as follows:

Our MILLER exhaust systems are double-walled to prevent discolouration caused by heat. However, discolouration can still occur at the connection and cone of the silencer. It can easily be removed with MILLER polishing paste and a microfibre cloth.

We use the colour RAL 9004 Signal Black, matt.
